300 gr green cabbage
5 shallots
3 red lomboks (large chilies)
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp trassi bakar
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
water

Cara menbuat:
preperation/method:
Cut hte cabbage fine. Slice the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks thin. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks, the trassi and the salt for 3 minutes. Then add the cabbage and fry for 2 minutes. Then add enough water and let it simmer slowly until its cooked.
