Bayam Kuah Kaldu
spinach stewed in chicken broth

2000 ml of water
100 gr chicken bones
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
250 gr of bayam / wild spinach
1 sweetcorn
2 temu kunci
2 shallots
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
Finely chop the garlic and cut the sweetcorn into pieces. Cut the shallots into thin slices. Heat in a pan the water together with the bones, garlic and pepper and cook until the broth is reduced to 1000 ml. Then strain the broth and bring to the boil.
Then add the corn, the temu kunci and the shallots and cook the corn until done. Then add the salt, the palmsugar and the bayam and cook it until done. Serve.
