Orek Kacang Panjang
long beans with petai and tempeh

300 gr snake/long beans
150 gr tempeh
9 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 salam leaves
1 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
6 red lomboks
4 green lomboks
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
1 tomato
100ml water
15 petai/peteh beans
2 tbsp kecap manis

Cara membuat:
Cut the long beans into pieces of 3 cm length. Cut the tempe into small cubes. Halve the petai beans. Thinly slice the shallots and garlic. Cut the lomboks into oblique rings. Cut the tomato into cubes.
Heat in a pan oil and fry the tempeh until golden brown and set aside. Heat in a pan 4 tbsp oil and fry the shallots, garlic, salam and galangal for 5 minutes. Then add the lomboks and fry until soft.
Then add the long beans, salt, palm sugar, tomato and water and cook the long beans until soft. Then add the tempe, the petai and the kecap and cook until done. Serve.
