chicken rice stew

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
1500 ml water
400 gr rice
2 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
8 cloves garlic, crushed
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Tabuan;
garnish:
coriander leaves, shredded
bawang goreng (deep fried onions)
omelet strips

Cara mambuat;
preperation/method:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat the water in a pan and add the chicken en let it simmer for 60 minutes. Remove the chicken and sieve the stock. Cook the ric in the stock for 30 minutes. Then add the kecap, the salt, the pepper, the garlic and the shredded chicken and cook it for 15 minute. Garnish it with bawang goreng, omelette and coriander.
