Daging Malay

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr beef
250 ml water
100 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
2 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves garlic
2 shallots
2 tsp sambal manis
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 cm laos (galangal)
4 cm jahe (ginger)
1 lime (juice)
Cara membuat;
preperation/method;
Cut the meat into chuncks. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it golden brown. Add the water and let it simmer slowly for 2,5-3 hours. Then add the santen and the palmsugar and let it simmer 15 minutes more before serving.
