Kelia Hati Ayam (Jambi)
chicken livers in spicy sauce


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 g chicken livers
400 g potatoes
1 serai/sereh/lemongrass
1 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaves
1 tbsp asam water
1/2 tsp salt
600 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
3 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
4 red lomboks
3 kemiri nuts
2 cm kunyit
2 cm lengkuas/laos
1 tsp terasi/trasi bakar
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten

Cara membuat:
preparation;
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cut the chicken livers into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the bumbu in a pan and fry it for 5 minutes. Then add the livers, potatoes, serai, jeruk purut, salam, asam water and salt and cook on low heat until half cooked.
Then add the coconut milk and cook until the oil is released and the potatoes are cooked.
