fried spiced rice cakes


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
800 g sticky rice
7 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt
300 ml boiling water
oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
First soak the rice in water for 3 hours and then let it drain well. Pound or grind the garlic finely.
Steam the rice for 30 minutes until it is half-cooked. Then mix the rice with the garlic, salt and boiling water and stir until the liquid is absorbed.
Then divide the spiced rice into 25 portions and flatten them. Then let the rice dry out in the sun/oven. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rice cakes until golden brown and crispy.
