Oseng Genjer
spicy stir-fry of genjer with ebi
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
4 bunches (600 gr) genjer/Yellow Burrhead/Limnocharis flava
50 ge ebi, soaked
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
2 tomatoes
2 salam leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

Clean the genjer and cut it into pieces. Cut the shallots and garlic into thin slices. Cut the lomboks and tomatoes into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks, tomatoes, kecap, salt, palm sugar and ebi and fry while stirring for 3 minutes.
Then add the salam and the genjer and fry while stirring for 3 minutes. Serve.
