Kangkung Masak Taoco
spiced stewed kangkung


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 bunch kangkung (250-300 gr)
50 gr minced beef
50 gr shrimp, peeled
500 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
5 tbsp taoco
oil

Bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
4 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 salam leaf
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the shallots and garlic into thin slices. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu ingredients for 5 minutes.
Then add the minced meat and shrimp and fry while stirring until it changes color. Then add the coconut milk and taoco and bring to the boil while stirring.
Then add the kangkung and cook until done. Serve.
