Sambal Goreng Godok 2
spicy sugar snaps with shrimps
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr sugar snaps
100 gr shrimps
100 gr peteh beans (stinkbeans)
2 onions
4 green lomboks (large chilies)
200 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
7 red lomboks (small chilies)
5 cm laos (galangal)
1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the onions and the lomboks fine. Cut the peteh and the sugar snaps less fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu and the onions and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Add the peteh and the sugar snaps and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the santen and cook it for 10 minutes. Add the shrimps and let it cook slowly for 5 minutes until its done.
