Mun Tahu
Braised tofu with minced chicken

250 g minced chicken
300 gr tahu/tofu
5 garlic cloves
3 cm jahe/ginger
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp oystersauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp salt
250 ml of water
1 tbsp cornstarch +2 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
2 spring onions
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Chop the garlic finely and grate the jahe. Cut the tofu into small cubes and spring onions into thin slices.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and jahe for 1 minute. Add the mince and fry it loose. Then add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, the palm sugar and salt and mix well. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Add the tofu and bring to a boil. Mix in the cornstarch and thicken the sauce. Then spoon in the spring onions and sesame oil and serve.
