Oseng Tempe Cabai Hijau
spiced tempe with green pepper


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 block tempe
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 green lomboks
1 green tomato
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the shallots and garlic into thin slices and the lomboks and tomato into small cubes/pieces. Cut the tempe into slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks, tomato and palm sugar and mix well.
Then add the tempe, kecap, salt and pepper and fry while stirring until done. Serve.
