Sambal Goreng Tahu
fried stewed spiced tahu/tofu


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
800 gr tahu/tofu
500 ml thin coconut milk (encer, from 1/4 coconut)
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 salam leaves
2 tbsp asam water
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tofu into cubes. Cut the shallots, garlic and lomboks into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown and then drain. Then add all the dry ingredients and fry for 5 minutes.
Then add the tofu, coconut milk and asam water and bring to the boil while stirring. Serve.
