eggs cooked in savory coconut milk

4 asam Sunti
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
2 spring onions
600ml coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon kunyit
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the Sunti into pieces, the shallots and the garlic into thin slices, the chilies into rings and the spring onions into pieces.
Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan along with the ingredients and bring to a boil. Break the eggs one by one in the coconut milk and stir until they are solidified and cooked.
