Telur Ceplok Aroma Serai
spiced scrambled eggs with lemongrass
Bahan bahan:
6 eggs
4 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
2 salam leaf
3 serai/sereh/lemongrass
3 green lomboks
1 tomato
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water

Cara membuat:
Beat the eggs. Heat some oil in a pan and scramble the eggs and set aside.
Finely chop the salots, garlic and serai. Cut the tomato into small cubes and the lomboks into strips.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the garlic, shallots, salam and serai for 3 minutes. Then add the tomato and the lomboks and fry until soft.
Then add the eggs, kecap, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook, while stirring, until absorbed. Serve.
