sundried fried porkmeat with sesame seeds
Ingredients:
400 gr porkmeat
6 cloves garlic
3 coriander roots
1 tsp peppercorns
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds
oil
Garnish;
chilisauce
Preperation/method:
Pound or grind the coriander roots, the garlic and the peppercorns fine. Cut the meat into small strips. Mix all ingredients and let it spread out, dry for a day in the sun. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat golden brown and done. Serve it with the chile sauce.
