Pad Kaprow Khai
fried spicy chicken (2pp)

300 gr chicken breast
5 cloves garlic
5 red rawits (small chilies)
1 shallot
2 spring onions
1 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
1 tsp palmsugar
1/4 tsp white pepper
10 basil leaves
3 tbsp oil

Cut the meat in small pieces. Slice the garlic and the rawits very fine. Cut the shallot into slices and the spring onions in 3 cm long strips. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the rawits for 15 sec, Then add the remaining ingredinets except the basil. Fry until the meat is cooked and stir in the basil. Then serve.
