Steamed Mackerel

600g ikan Tenggiri/mackerel, fish meat
300g green beans
200g carrots
2 eggs
Oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Cara membuat:
Preparation:
Finely chop the fish meat. Cut the green beans into small slices. Coarsely grate the carrot. Beat 1 egg and fry the other egg as an omelet. Pound or grind the bumbu ingredients into a paste.
Mix the bumbu with the carrot, green beans, fish meat, and egg and carefully roll it into the omelet. Then steam until done.
