Tumis pepaya muda kecil
fried and stewed papaya

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300g papaya
200g kikil, cooked
2 salam leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
200ml chicken stock
2 tbs oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 red onions
3 cloves garlic
2 cm kunyit, toasted
2 cm laos
 
Cara membuat:
preparation;
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the papaya into thin strips and kikil into small cubes.
Heat in a wok/wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and let it simmer until everything is cooked.
