chicken in soy sauce

Ingredients:
300 gr. chicken legs
1 tbsp salty soya bean sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce / kecap asin
1 tbsp dark soy sauce / kecap manis
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cane/brown sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 garlic cloves

Preparation/method:
Ground the cinnamon and chop the garlic fine. Cut the meat deep at several places. Mix the ingrediënts and leave the chicken to marinade for at least 90 minutes. Then steam the chicken for 50 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
