Pumpkin with coconut
Ingredients:
1 yellow pumpkin
4 tbsp. grated coconut
3 tbsp. sugar
water
Preperation/method:
Slice the pumpkin in pieces and boil it in water until its cooked. Sprinkle the sugar and the grated coconut over the slices. Serve.
