橙味 牛肉 - spicy fried beef with orange
Ingredients:
350 gr beef (flank or skirt)
1/2 orange peel
4 red lomboks
4 cloves of garlic
3 cm jahe
2 tbsp oil
marinade:
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp Shaozing rice wine
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp of light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Sichuan pepper
Preparation:
Cut the meat into thin strips. Cut the peel julienne. Cut the lomboks into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic and the jahe. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well.
Mix the ingredients for the marinade and the meat well and stir until the moisture has been absorbed. Then leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the meat until it changes color. Then scoop it out of the pan. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in the pan and fry the lomboks, the jahe, the garlic and the orange peel for 2 minutes. Then add the meat and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then mix in the sauce and fry until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
