Fried rice with egg - 蛋炒饭

400 gr cooked rice (jasmine rice and cold)
2 eggs
3 cloves of garlic
1 spring onion
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Finely chop the garlic and spring onion. Beat the eggs. Heat a wok over high heat until it starts to smoke. Then add 1 tbsp oil. Then add the eggs and fry a scrambled egg and scoop it out of the pan and set aside.
Then add 1/2 tbsp oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add the rice and fry it until the rice is hot.
Then add the egg and spring onion and mix everything well. Then add the soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil and mix well. serve.
