Fried rice with pork - 猪肉炒饭
nasi goreng
Ingredients:
400 gr cold cooked rice
50 gr carrot
50 gr peas
3 cm jahe/ginger
5 cloves of garlic
1 onion, small
225 gr minced pork
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 spring onion, chopped
Preparation:
Beat the eggs lightly. Finely chop the garlic and the jahe. Cut the carrot and onion into small cubes. Mix the two soy sauces, the oyster sauce and the pepper in a bowl and set aside.
Heat a pan until hot and then add 1 tbsp oil. Then add the egg and fry it scrambled and set aside.
Then add 1 tbsp oil to the pan and add the meat and fry it loose. Then add the onion, garlic and jahe and fry until the onion is translucent.
Then add the peas and the carrot and fry for 30 seconds on high heat. Then add the rice and the egg and fry on high heat for 40 seconds. Pour over the sauce and cook, while stirring, until everything is well mixed. Then sprinkle over the spring onion and serve.
