Filipino nasi goreng
filipino fried rice
ingredients:
8 cups cooked rice (approx. 300 gr. Uncooked)
3 eggs
1 lapchang sausage cut into pieces
4 tbsp arachid oil
3 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
1 bunch of spring onions
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white pepper
preparation:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok and fry the eggs until they are solidified while stirring. Then scoop the eggs out of the wok. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic and ginger. Then add the lapchang, the sliced spring onions and rice while stirring. Then add the eggs, the soy sauce, the salt and the white pepper. Fry the rice well done. Serve.
variation:
replace the lapchang sausage with tahu / tofu and coarsely sliced lomboks or rawits
