rice with beef and mushrooms

250 gr (chestnut) mushrooms
100 gr beef (tenderloin)
5 shallots
500 gr rice
750ml water
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oil

Cut the shallots into thin slices. Cut the meat into thin strips. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Heat the oil and sesame oil in a pan and fry the meat, shallots and mushrooms for 2 minutes. Then add the rice and fry for 1 minute.
Then add the soy sauce, pepper, salt and sesame seeds and mix well. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Then cook on low heat and covered for 20 minutes until done. serve.
