"forest" chicken soup

100 gr chicken breast
5 red rawits (small chilies)
4 cloves garlic
2 cm laos / galangal
1 sereh / lemon grass, crushed
7 green peppercorns
1 tsp red curry paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp asem / tamarind
2 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
375 ml water
75 gr long beans
75 gr courgette

Sice the garlic and the rawits thin. Cut the long beans and the courgette in small pieces. Cut the meat into bits. Heat in a wok the water and add the garlic and the rawits. Then add the meat followed by the peppercorns, the salt, the nam pla, the curry paste and the asem and let it cook for 3 minutes. Then add the long beans and the courgette and cook it for 3 minutes more before serving.
