Chicken with tomato and kemangi


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
2 tomatoes
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
250 ml water
10 sprigs of kemangi
3 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ketumbar/coriander
5 sprigs of kemangi

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Roast the chicken over a charcoal fire until brown and cooked through and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and cook until soft.
Then add the chicken, the salt, the palm sugar, and the water and bring to a boil. Then add the kemangi and cook for another 1 minute. Serve.
