Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
2 salam leaf
1 serai/sereh/lemon grass, white part
4 cm lengkuas/laos
6 cm cinnamon
250 gr ceremai/grosella
1500 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
10 kemiri/candlenuts
2 cm kencur
3 cm jahe
1 clove
2 tsp ketumbar, roasted
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Remove the seeds from the ceremai. Puree the ceremai and then squeeze it. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the bumbu with the salam. the serai, the lengkuas and the cinnamon for 6 minutes. Then add the ceremai and the 250 ml coconut milk and cook while stirring until the moisture has evaporated and let it cool. Remove the salam, lengkuas and cinnamon.

Fill the abdomen of the chicken with the mixture and secure with yarn. Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the chicken, salam, lengkuas and cinnamon and cook over low heat until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is tender. Then let the chicken cool down.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown. Serve.
