dry fried spiced beef
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
900 gr beef
2000 ml water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbps oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 cloves garlic
2 tsp ketumbar / coriander
1 tbsp grated palmsugar
7 cm laos
2 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
2 cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Heat in a pan the water and add the salt. Cut the beef in 4 slices and add it. cook the beef slowly for 1 hour until tender. Remove the meat and pound it flat. Sred the meat using a fork or fingers. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Then add the beef and fry the beef until all liquids have evaporated. Then mix in the lime juice and let it cool down before serving.
