Be Sapi Base Manis
Beef in sweet sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr beef
3 cm jahe
2 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/4 tsp salt
400 ml of water
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
6 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices and the lomboks into thin rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the jahe and the lomboks and fry until soft. Then add the meat and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the kecaps and the salt and mix well. Then add the water and cook slowly until done.
