fragrant dry fried beef
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500g beef (shank)
2 salam leaves
600 ml of water
500 ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon salt
oil

Bumbu:
5 kemiri/candlenuts
8 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
100 g of palm sugar
2 1/2 tsp ketumbar
2 cm laos
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the paste into a paste. Heat in a pan the water together with the bumbu, salt and salam and bring to the boil. Add the meat and cook it slowly until half-cooked. Remove the meat from the pan and cut into 14 slices and flatten it. Add the meat back to the pan with the coconut milk and cook until done. Remove the meat from the pan. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the meat brown.
