Spicy beef with peppers

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
400 gr beef
1500 ml of water
6 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 green lomboks
2 salam leaves
2 cm laos
4 green tomatoes
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 1/2 tbsp asam water (1 tbsp tamarind dissolved in 1 tbsp water)
3 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:

Cut the shallots and garlic finely and cut the lomboks into 2 cm pieces. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Heat in a pan the water and add the meat. Boil the meat until tender. Then lift it out and cut into pieces. Add the meat to the broth.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic, lomboks, laos, salam and tomatoes for 4 minutes. Add it to the broth. Then add the kecap, the salt, the palm sugar and the asam water and cook it all slowly until done.
