Sapi Brokoli Sauce Tiram (Semarang)

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 g tenderloin
350 gr broccoli
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp sago / corn starch
5 tbsp oil
200 ml of water
1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
water
Bumbu Perendam:
marinade:
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp arrack
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Heat the water in a pan and blanch the broccoli and let it drain. Cut the meat into 1/2x3x4 cm slices. Puree the garlic for the marinade and then mix the marinade with the meat and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle the sago over it and mix well.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until brown and cooked and set aside.
Heat in a pan 3 tbsp of the used oil and fry the garlic until golden. Then add the oyster sauce, the water and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the meat and stir until the sauce thickens. Spoon the meat with the sauce over the broccoli and sprinkle with the sesame and serve.
