Daging Masak Taoco
braised beef with taoco and pare
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr beef (tenderloin/steak)
250 gr pare/bitter cucumber/sopropo
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 green lomboks
2 tomatoes
5 tbsp taoco
1/2 tsp salt
200ml water
3 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Deseed the pare and cut into thin slices. Cut the lomboks into thin rings. Cut the shallots and garlic into thin slices and the tomatoes into cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic and lomboks for 4 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and the pare and fry until soft. Then add the taoco and water and mix well. Then add the meat and salt and cook until done. serve.
