Tumis Basah Usus atau Babat
spiced stewed intestines/tripe


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr intestines/tripe/rumen
water
6 tbsp oil
4 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 cm jahe
1 serai/sereh/lemongrass
2 salam leaves

Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar
4 tamarind/asam
1 tbsp palm sugar
1/2 tbsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the meat. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and mix it with the meat.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the spiced meat mixture together with the lengkuas, serai, salam and serai until half-cooked.
Then add water to taste and cook until soft and oil is released. Serve.
