Empal Bumbu Taliwang

500 gr sirloin
1 tsp lime juice
2 tsp salt
650 ml water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red rawits
5 red lomboks
3 cm kencur
4 cloves garlic
5 shallots
3 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
1 tomato
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
method/preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients fot the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and add the meat, the bumbu, the limejuice and the salt and cook the meat. Remove the meat and cut it in 1 cm thick slices add cook it dry. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat brown
