Keripik Singkong
krupuk made of cassava


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr cassava
water
1 tbsp kapur sirih, dissolved in water (lime water)
oil

Haluskan:
ingredients:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
6 red lomboks
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the cassava and cut it into thin slices. Soak the cassava slices in the water together with the kapur sirih for 30 minutes. Then let it drain well.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu finely into a paste and then mix it with the cassava.
Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the cassava until crispy and golden brown. Serve.
