Sambal Goreng Udang Jogja
spicy fried shrimps from Jogjakarta
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 gr shrimp/prawns
300 gr potatoes
14 peteh beans
2 salam leaves
2 cm laos
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
250 ml coconut milk
1/2 tbsp asamwater
oil

8 red lomboks
6 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the potatoes into 1 cm thick cubes. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the potatoes golden brown and set aside. Clean the shrimp well, but leave the tail. Halve the peteh beans and grate the laos. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan 2 tbps oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and the laos for 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the potatoes and peteh and mix well. Then add the kecap, coconut milk, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then, add the asam water and cook until done and until the sauce has thickened.
