Piendang Kecap Kambing

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr lamb / mutton
250 ml water
3 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
1/2 tsp trassi
3 cm laos (galangal)
3 cm jahe (ginger)
1 tsp asem
3 cm sereh (lemongrass)
2 red lomboks (large chilies)

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the meat into pieces. Slice the shallots and the garlic thin. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and add the meat and let it cook slowly for 30 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic and the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add it with the kecap in the pan with the meat and let it simmer slowly for 45 minutes.
