Udang Bumbu Madu
spicy prawns with honey
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 shrimp/prawns
1 tbsp lime juice
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 cm jahe
1 tsp worcester sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
2 red rawits
1 kemiri/candlenut
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the shrimp/prawns and peel them but leave the tail. Rub the shrimp/pranws in with the lime juice and leave it for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimps until half-done and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan 3 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu together with the jahe and the jeruk purut for 3 minutes.
Then add the worcester sauce, the oyster sauce and the water and mix well. Then add the shrimp/pranws and the honey and fry until done. Serve.
