Ikan Peletuk Bumbu Kuning (Kalimantan Barat)

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr ikan gurami, otherwise trout
2 salam leaf
225ml water
1 serai/sereh/lemon grass

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
3 cm kunyit
10 red lomboks, dried
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and cut it into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water together with the bumbu, salam, serai and fish and cook over medium heat until the fish is tender and the liquid has evaporated.
