Ikan woku
In banana leaves steamed and roasted fish
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr red snapper
4 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1/2 kunyit leaf (curcuma)
1 pandan leaf
3 tbsp oil
150 ml water
banana leaves
Haluskan;
bumbu:
8 kemiri (candlenuts)
1/2 tsp pepper
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
11 rawits
4 cm jahe (ginger)
3 cm kunyit
1 sereh (lemongrass)
salt to taste
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Slice the jeruk purut very fine and the fish into pieces. Mix hte fish with the oil. the bumbu, the jeruk purut, the pandan and the kunyit leaves. Pour the water in a skillet or wok and put the banana leave in layers on top. Then add the fish mixture and press it lightly. Cover the skiller or wok and steam/roast it for 20-25 minutes until done.
