Abon ikan Gabus
dry spiced fish


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr trout
300 ml thick coconut milk (santen asli)
salt

Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp sugar
3 shallots
5 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
3 cm laos (galangal)
3 cm kunyit (turmeric)
1 tsp asem (tamarinde)

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Wash the fish and poach the fish until cooked. Allow the fish to cool and remove the head, tail and bones. Pick the meat into strands.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the coconut milk with the bumbu and add salt to taste. Then add the fish and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
