Gai Pad Khiaowan
fried chicken in green curry

500 gr chicken
50 gr basil leaves
4 tbsp thick coconut milk (santen asli)
3 tbsp green curry paste
3 tbsp palmsugar
3 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla)
11 red rawits (chilies)

sweet chilisauce

Cut the meat in thin strips. Cut the rawits thinly. Heat in a wok the coconut milk and mix in the curry. Then add the meat and fry it until it starts to colour. Add the remaining ingredients, except the basil, and fry the meat nearly done. Then add half of the basil and fry it for one more minute. Mix the remaining basil with some chili sauce and deep fry it. Garnish the dish with it
