Asam kemamah


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 g salted fish (ikan peda)
8 shallots
5 tbsp. oil
200 ml thick coconut milk (santen asli)
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste

Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 cloves garlic
8 red lomboks
12 rawits
1 asam sunti

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Pound the fish fine. Cut the shallots into slices. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 4 minutes. Then add the bumbu and fry 3 minutes. Then add the fish and fry for 4 minutes also. Add the coconut milk, salt and sugar and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
