steamed cassava-banana with coconut cookies

3 bananas
500g grated cassava
4 tablespoons palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt

200g grated coconut
1/2 tsp salt
2 pandan leaf
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Mix the coconut with salt and wrap it in pandan leaves and steam it for 15 minutes until cooked.
Mix the cassava, palm sugar and salt. Cut the bananas into pieces of 3 cm. Wrap the cassava dough around the banana pieces and steam for 25 minutes until cooked. Roll it through the coconut and serve.
Enough for 15 pieces
