Ampas Tarigu
cakes from the Moluccas

Bahan bahan:
500 g of flour
11 gr ragi instant / yeast
1 egg
2 pandan leaf
150 gr palm sugar
1/2 coconut, grated
250 ml of water
50 grams of butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
In a pan, heat the water along with the salt, pandan and palm sugar and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Then filter the solution and set aside. 
Mix the flour together with the ragi, the cinnamon and the egg in a bowl. Then add the sugar water and mix well.Then add the butter and mix to a homogeneous mass. Then mix in the coconut and let it rest and covered for at least 1 hour.
Then form small round balls of 40-50 gr each and bake in an oven at 180 gr for 30 minutes until done and golden brown. Serve.
