fragrant coconut rice with spinach

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
350 gr rice
2 sereh / lemongrass
2 pandan leaves
4 salam
3 cm jahe
3 cm laos
1 tsp ketumbar
1/4 tsp salt
100 ml santen asli
100 gr spinach
700 ml of water

Cara Membuat:
preparation;
Puree the spinach and water until smooth. Mix all the ingredients in a pan and cook it until done. Remove before serving the sereh, pandan, salam, jahe and laos.
