Nasi Goreng Magelangan
fried spiced rice from Magelan (Java)

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr white rice
100 g egg noodles
125 g chicken thighs
2 eggs
30 gr bean sprouts
5 stalks of caisim/choisam
1 spring onion
2 red lomboks
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp kecap manis
oil
water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
3 kemiri nuts, roasted
1 tsp ebi
1/2 tsp terasi/trasi

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat the water in a pan and cook the meat until done. Then let it drain. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meat until done. Then shred it and set aside.
Heat water in a pan and cook the noodles until done, then drain and set aside.
Cut the caisim into pieces, the spring onion and the lomboks into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the eggs and fry, while stirring, until they have set. Then add the chicken, bean sprouts and caisim and mix well.
Then add the rice, noodles, palm sugar, salt, pepper and kecap and mix everything well. Then add the spring onion and lomboks and fry, while stirring, until the spring onion has softened. Serve.
